Battle of the Books – Don’t forget that you will be meeting today during lunch in Mrs. Lent’s room for your first battle!
Plastic Bags – FBLA is doing a community service project making mats for the homeless out of plastic bags. Please bring any extra plastic bags you might have at home to school – the FLBA crew would really appreciate it!
School Spirit – On Wednesdays you can show your school spirit! Wear you school colors, or Coffenberry t-shirts if you have them, or a college shirt. Show Mrs. Maloney at breakfast the swag your sporting and get a sweet treat.
Winter Sports Photos – LifeTouch will be here on Monday, January 14th, to take pictures of our Coffenberry wrestling team and our girls basketball teams. Information and forms will be sent home with athletes soon but mark your calendar for sports pictures that day after school.
Diamond Lake Trip – Who wants to go snow-tubing at Diamond Lake?? Then make sure you are on the honor roll this quarter. We have three weeks until the end of the second nine weeks of school and we want to take as many hornets as we can up to the snow at Diamond Lake to play and sled down their tubing hill! It’s amazing and it’s a winter event that you do NOT want to miss, but you HAVE to be on the honor roll to be able to make this trip. So study, turn in your assignments, and make sure your grades will get your name on that list!
