5TH GRADE ORIENTATION – The 5th grade classes from Tri City and Myrtle Creek Elementary will be visiting here today; touring the campus and classrooms. Please make sure that you make these future 6th graders feel welcome during their time here today.
DOLLAR DANCE – This Friday, our fabulous FBLA crew will be putting on a Dollar Dance this Friday during 7th period. They will also be selling fruit smoothies for $4.00, with seven different flavors.
LIBRARY BOOKS – All library books are due back to Mrs. Gale on May 31st.
SUHS CHEERLEADING – Cheerleading try-outs are happening at South Umpqua High School soon! Try-out packages are here in the office and try-outs begin on May 13th.
THURSDAY AFTER-SCHOOL – Because we are hosting the track meet at the high school on tomorrow, we will be locking the doors and shutting down at the 2:15 bell. All students must leave campus at the 2:15 bell.
HOMEROOM TODAY – Because today is 5th grade orientation, we will not be having BLT after 4th period – but you will be meeting in your homeroom class. Please go to your homeroom after 4th period today with any assignments or homework to work on. If you have PE Bennett for homeroom, please meet with him in his Reading Rocks classroom downstairs.
