HAPPY TROPICAL TUESDAY! We are definitely having a tropical heatwave with all the hot weather and Hawaiian swag everyone is sporting today! Tomorrow is “Who am I” Wednesday. Thursday is Spirit Day with 6th graders wearing white, 7th graders wearing black, and 8th graders are wearing gold. Friday is Rodeo Day in honor of our South Douglas County Rodeo this weekend!
TRACK PARTY – Don’t forget to turn in your permission slips for the track swim and pizza party – they need to be in today to get an accurate count for the pool and pizza.
PASS IT ON! Every act of kindness matters. No matter how big or how small. Take a moment to do something nice for someone else and then if you happen to be the receiver of that kindness, pay it forward and pass that kindess on to someone else.
LUNCH RECESS – Just a reminder hornets, that everyone will be down at the lower field during lunch free time this week.
OFFICE AIDE APPS – Any 6th or 7th grader that is interested in being an office aide during the 2019/2020 school year, can pick up an application at Shirley’s office. They are due Thursday.
SMOOTHIES – FBLA will be selling smoothies during lunch today! You must pre-order and pay for your smoothies during snack time in the student store.
