LANCER FOR A DAY! – 8th graders, please get your parent permission slips in to the office as soon as possible. Events are coming up and you are NOT going to want to miss any of them.
YEARBOOKS – Final orders for the yearbook are due on Friday. If you want a yearbook, you need buy one NOW! Once they are ordered, we cannot order more!!!! They are $20…purchase them from Peggy!
SPELLING BEE – Have you picked up your spelling words yet? Mrs. Gale has the wonderful list of words in the library for you. Remember that the spelling bee is coming soon and there are so great prizes for the top spellers in the county! See Mrs. Gale today.
SPORTS PICTURES – Winter sports pictures are tomorrow afternoon. Girls basketball pictures will begin at 3:30 tomorrow and the wrestling team will have their pictures taken at 5:30 at the high school.
WEDNESDAY HOMEWORK HELP – The end of the 2nd quarter is coming! Next Friday is the end of the first semester of school and you want to make sure that your name is on the honor roll – because the Diamon Lake snow trip is coming, too! Wednesdays are the perfect opportunity to stay after school to get the extra help you need on assignments or projects with our instructional assistants. You can stay after school from 1:25 to 2:25 and take the late bus home if a ride is an issue.
BUSES – Just a reminder, hornets that bus numbers 26, 35, anmd 40 will now be parked down below at the circular drive way at Myrtle Creek Elementary. Please remember to stay on the sidewalk when going down below to the buses and do not go on the lawns or towards the main elementary building. The idea is to be the least intrusive as possible to the elementary school.
