Next week is National FFA Week! Help us celebrate by dressing up, participating in different competitions throughout the week and promoting the Blue and Gold!

Tuesday is Flannel Day and Kahoot in Ms. White’s room during second half of lunch

Wednesday is Western Wednesday

Thursday is ‘Merica Day and Board Game Tournament in Ms. White’s room during second half of lunch (the winner will get to pie our FFA President Paige Wheeler in the face!)

Friday: FFA Day – Wear your FFA swag or any Blue and Gold and join us for a movie night at 6pm in the library!

If you are a senior and have committed to playing a sport at a college please stop by and see Mr. Radford in the office asap.

There will be a track meeting the 2nd part of lunch on Tuesday, February 19th. More info to come.

The Penny Drive for the American Lymphomia Society and Pennies for Patients is still going on! Drop your change in your grade level box in the office and the winning class gets to throw pies at Mr. Radford and Mr. Simpson. Every member of the class gets a pie! Staff, you get to compete too!

A SMALL BUT ARTSY: LITTLE WORKS BY THE LANCERS is opened at the Umpqua Valley Arts Center at 5-7 pm. South Umpqua has a reserved a gallery space for many of our students (50!) and their work will be on display there until March 9.

IF you are interested in participating in track, baseball or softball please sign up in the office even if your coach already knows you are participating. This will help get all the required paperwork complete before the start of season! Thank you!
