8th Graders – This morning the 8th grade class will be going to South Umpqua High School to check out the campus and meet the staff and students they will spending time with for the next four years! 8th graders, you will be back in time for lunch here at school. Enjoy your visit!
5th Graders – Tomorrow we will have the 5th grade students from Tri City and Myrtle Creek Elementary here for their 6th grade orientation. As we will have many parents visiting with their students, we would like to remind ALL hornets to be kind, safe, responsible, and respectful. WOW Buck Party – Thursday afternoon we will have our last WOW buck party of the school year during 6th and 7th period. So get caught doing good and earn those WOW bucks! There will be fantastic and fun things planned for this event on Thursday,
Last Dance Luau! – From 5:30 to 7:30 on Friday night, we will having our last dance of the school year! At this annual Hawaiian bash, we will have pizza, soda, candy and the tunes will be blaring by none other than our own Mrs. Lind! There is still time to pick-up a guest pass form at the office. Just make sure it is filled out, signed, and back to the office by Thursday morning. As always, the cost of the dance is $4.00, $3.00 with a student body card, and $2.00 with a HHH card.
No After-School – There will be no “after-school” help on Thursday and Friday this week due to the party on Thursday and the dance on Friday. Our staff will not be available after school those days.
Volleyball Meeting – There will be a volleyball meeting during 7th period on Friday with Coach Wells in Room 10 (green room). If you signed up to play volleyball in the fall, please attend this meeting.
