DC Trip – There will be a Washington DC parent and promotion meeting on Wednesday, September 14th at 7:00pm in Mrs. Mahler’s room. If you are truly interested in traveling on this fun and fabulous trip across the country, please plan to attend with your parents.
Fall Fundraiser – Our annual fall fundraiser begins today! Mrs. Lind and Mr. Kuntz will be passing out packets in their science classes today. Sell, sell, sell! The money we raise goes towards our amazing overnight, school-wide field trip in May!!
Fly-In Pancake Breakfast – This Saturday, September 10th, a Fly-In Pancake Breakfast will be held at the Myrtle Creek Municipal Airport. For $5.00, you can get an amazing breakfast; served from 8am to 11am. General aviation, experimental, and ultra-light aircraft will be on display for up-close viewing. There is also be remote control demonstrations, classic cars and motorcycles. If you are interest in flight and aircraft – come on out to the airfield on Saturday!
Lady Hornets – This afternoon the 7th and 8th grade girls volleyball teams have home games! We are excited to watch our Lady Hornets take the court against Jo Lane Red!! 7th grade game starts at 4:00 and the 8th grade team will start their game immediately after. Please come and support our Lady Hornets today!!
Bike Rack – If you bring your skateboard, scooter, or bike to school; you must have a bike lock and put your ride in the bike rack. As much as Shirley loves to see your face, she is running out of room in the office to store your bikes and boards.
