Lady Hornet Volleyball – Today, it’s the 8th grade volleyball team that is playing first on the court against North Bend at 4:00pm. The 7th grade team will be playing immediately following the 8th grade game. Good luck girls!!
Volleyball Challenge – On Wednesday, October 5th, the 8th grade volleyball team is taking the court against our Coffenberry staff during 6th and 7th period. This is a fundraiser and fun event!! The cost to attend the volleyball game is $1.00 in REAL money, not WOW bucks.
Walk to School – Wednesday, October 5th is the 20th anniversary of “Walk to School Day”! Try to make it a point to WALK to school and support the cause.
ETS College Search – Jeremy the ETS guy will be here Friday to pick up any final applications for the ETS program. It is a great way to learn about and get prepared for college. The applications are bright green on Shirley’s counter.
Battle of the Books – We will have our first meeting this Friday, October 7th in Mrs. Lent’s room during lunch. Please make sure you are signed up in the library so we can send you a 10 minute out to lunch early pass on Friday. See you there.
Friday at Tommy’s – On Friday, October 7th, all students will have the opportunity to pay 25 WOW Bucks to walk to Tommy’s and enjoy an ice cream treat! Please make sure you are saving those WOW bucks so you don’t miss out on this delicious treat. Those that do not have the WOW bucks to go will be staying behind. “How do I get WOW bucks?” you ask? – – By getting caught being Being Safe, Being Respectful, and Being Responsible.
