Babe Ruth Baseball – Boys who are 13 years old and interested in playing Babe Ruth baseball can pick up a packet in the office. If you have the paperwork to play Babe Ruth filled out – please bring it to school and turn it in to Shirley no later than this Friday. Again – turn your Babe Ruth registeration forms in to Shirley.
Easter Egg Hunt – The National Honor Society students at SUHS will be putting on an Easter egg hunt tonight at the high school football field. The cost of the egg hunt is $5.00 and begins at dusk. Proceeds from this event go towards the Ronald McDonald House.
Girls Night – Girls Night will be on Friday, April 21st, from 5:30 to 8:00pm in our Coffenberry gym. This is a night of fun events and girl time. There is a sign-up sheet at Shirley’s office for any girls interested in going and information will be available later this afternoon.
Track Meet – Tomorrow is our first track meet of the season! The track meet will be held at Douglas High School and the team bus will be leaving here at 2:05. We will do an all-call to release the track team at 1:45.
Umpqua Valley Youth Orchestra – If you are interested in playing a stringed instrument such as a violin, viola, cello, or string bass – you are welcome to become a part of the of Umpqua Valley Youth Orchestra! Even if you have never played – there are pre-beginning positions available. Stop by the office and pick up a registration form.
