Library Books – Students all library books will be due on Friday, May 26th. That is next week. So make sure you get all your books turned in on time please.
Summer Reading – If you haven’t signed up for the summer reading program, please pick up a form off the library counter and get it signed by your parents. The first ten kids to log their minutes will receive a prize.
Beach Bash – Our last dance of the school year will be on Friday night in the Skyhawk Room and it’s going to be a Beach Bash! We will be surfin’ safari from 5:30 to 7:30 and muching on pizza, soda, and candy! There will also be a limbo contest and a dance contest – break out your beach gear and lets have some fun on Friday night.
SUHS Cheer – Please stop by the office if you are interested in becoming part of the award winning cheer crew out at South Umpqua High in the fall – this is for 8th graders only. Try-outs will start on May 22nd at the high school multi-purpose room.
Girl Power Picnic & Yoga – This Saturday afternoon, our Coffenberry girls are invited to particpate in an evening created just for you! From 3:30 to 6:00 at our gym, some girls from SUHS and Bright Works want to hang with you,
Summer Fun – Phoenix Charter School and Saving Grace are inviting students to participate in some pretty amazing activiites this summer. Stop by the office and check out the information and registration forms.
Track – The Hornet track team will be headed to their district track meet this afternoon in Sutherlin. The track team will be released with an all-call at 1:45. Please do not release any students before the all-call. We want to wish every member of our Coffenberry team the best of luck at districts today!
Lost and Found – Come and see if something there belongs to you before the Lost and Found gets taken away on Friday! There are a lot of things there and it would be a shame if it was lost forever and donated.
Yearbooks – Did you get yours ordered? There are only a few left!! Make sure you don’t get left out and bring $20 for your yearbook and give it to Peggy!
Aide Applications – If and 6th or 7th graders are interested in working as a teacher’s aide or elementary, library, or office aide – please pick up an application at the office. Applications are due tomorrow.
What’s For Lunch Today? Spaghetti and meat sauce with garlic bread stick and variety bar choices. If you have lunch money, please bring it to Peggy at this time.
