Teen Read Week – It’s Teen Read Week this week. Don’t forget to finish your 10 tasks on the Teen Read Week sheet and get it turned into Mrs. Gale in the library so you can get your ice cream next week. Also please bring a book with you for homeroom on Wednesday. Everyone is going to be reading.
Battle of the Books – We will be meeting tomorrow during lunch in Mrs. Lent’s room. Bring your notebooks with you.
Halloween Dance – Tomorrow night will be out first dance of the year! From 5:30 to 7:30, we will be dancing, sipping soda, and wearing our Halloween costumes.There will be a costume contest during at the dance! The top three costumes will win a prize! Admission to the dance is $4.00, $3.00 with a student body card, and $2.00 with a HHH card. Remember that costumes cannot have a mask that covers the face and no weapon props are allowed.
No School Friday – There is no school on Friday. This is the last week of the first quarter and your teachers will be working on grades that day. Enjoy you three-day weekend.
