Winter Wonderland Dance – The Winter Wonderland dance is tonight! The dance is from 5:30 to 7:30 in the Skyhawk Room. Students, if you bring one can of food with you tonight to the dance, you will get $1.00 off admission! There will be pizza, sugar cookies to frost, soda and water. Mrs. Lind will be spinning the Christmas tunes for everyone to be rocking around the Christmas tree. See you there!
Flag Crew – If you are student who walks to school and would like to help raise and lower our flags each day and become a part of the Coffenberry Flag Crew; come see Shirley at the office. The new crew will begin after we return from Christmas break.
Holiday Dress-Up Week – Next week we will be having our annual holiday dress-up week before we head out on Christmas vacation. Monday is Red Day, Tuesday is Green Day, Wednesday is Santa Helper Day, Thursday is Pajama Day, and Friday is Ugly Sweater Day.
Girls Basketball/Wrestling – If you are planning on playing girls basketball or wrestling, please sign up on the wall at Peggy’s office today so we can verify your sports paperwork. 6th graders, you are welcome
Winter Coat Give Away – Tomorrow from 9am to 4pm, Family Fellowship on 2nd Avenue will be having a Winter Coat Give Away. So, if you or anyone you know needs a warm and toasty winter coat, stop by the church and pick one up.
Lucky Winners! Congratulations to Stormi Fye – her name was drawn as the winner of the Principal For A Day contest! Ms. Fye will switch places with Ms. Collins on Wednesday next week. We also want to announce the five winners of Schumaker’s Surprise Bags; Zoe Shook, Trista Pratt, Kiersten Meza, Shyanna Hopper, and Anna Esparza-Clark. There were over 520 tickets in the hornet box, which means we had a lot of students making good choices! Keep up the good work – we will be having more contests like this in the new year!
