Picture Retakes – Lifetouch will be here Monday, October 28th, for picture retakes. If you need a new photo order form, Peggy has them in the office. Picture retakes will take place in Mr. Bennett’s health room in the main hall. on Monday morning at 9:00am
Kids in the Kitchen – There are still a few spots open for the Kids in the Kitchen classes that will begin on Tuesday, November 5th, after school. These classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30 to 3:25. Students will learn basic cooking skills and make and taste healthy recipes. Registration forms are up in the office.
Halloween Happenings Around Town – There are some great opportunities to take advantage of within the next week now that Halloween is approaching. SUHS is hosting a Family Fright Night on Tuesday, October 29th from 6-8pm. Tickets are ten for $5 and there will be games, food, fright, and fun. Wildlife Safari’s Zoobilee will be this weekend where will be trick-or-treating, animal shows, fall crafts, and a spooky evening tour. Grab an information slip at the office for more details. The Great Pumpkin Give Away is happening on Saturday in the parking lot across from Tommy’s. St. Vincent de Paul and Tommy’s Burgers are putting on this fun even where you can get your pumpkin. The fun starts at 10am and will last until 5pm or when the pumpkins are all gone.
