3RD QUARTER – Today is the first day of the third quarter and the start of our second semester of school. Time is flying by, so let’s start this new season off with good work habits and great attitudes. Coffenberry students, being on time and ready to learn is a daily expectation. The Skyhawk Room is open at 7:20 daily for breakfast and school starts every day at 7:45am.
SCHEDULE CHANGES – If you are interested in talking with Mrs. Maloney about perhaps a change in your third quarter schedule, you can pick up a form to talk with her starting tomorrow. Please do not ask to change your schedule at the main offices today. Please go to each of your scheduled classes today.
DIAMOND LAKE SNOW TRIP – This Friday is our fun trip Diamond Lake to going snow tubing. The list of students that made the honor roll will be finished by 7th period today and those of who made it – will get a permission slip to go to Diamond Lake. Please do not ask Peggy about it before then. Get your snow pants and boots ready – permission slips are due back to the office on Wednesday – without fail!
SWEEHEART’S DANCE – The Sweetheart’s Dance is next Thursday, February 13th, from 5:30 to 7:30 in the Skyhawk Room. Admission to the dance is $4, or $3 with a student body card. There will be a photo booth, pizza, snacks, and soda for $1 each. We will be voting on the 6th grade Lord and Lady, 7th grade Prince and Princess, and 8th grade King and Queen. This is a special dress-up event, but not required.
