MASKS – The expectation for students and staff on the Coffenberry campus to keep your mask up and over your nose and mouth. It is important for our students to follow the Oregon Department of Education’s guidelines regarding the health and safety of those on campus. Please be thoughtful and wear your mask in the proper way.

YEARBOOKS – Students can still purchase a year book from Peggy for $10. Please see Peggy as soon as possible to get your ordered.

TRACK BOYS – Our boys will be going to South Umpqua High School today for their track meet. We want to share with all of our track team that members in the community and surrounding schools that you have competed at, have commented on how kind and respectful our students are. Thank you for representing Coffenberry and the community of Myrtle Creek in such a positive manner.

COOKING CLASS – If you enjoy cooking and/or want to learn more about how to cook with some amazing fresh ingredients; the Farm to School food program may be up your alley! Beginning in May, each week students will get a box of fresh, local produce from Valadez Farm. Then, students will participate in a zoom class to learn how to prepare dishes from the food in the box that week. You can even create your own videos from what you have made and send them in! So fun! Come sign up at the office and get a flyer with all the details.

CHROMEBOOKS/CHARGERS – If you have borrowed a Chromebook or charger from Ms. Chapman in the library, please remember to return those to the Ms. Chapman in the library at the end of each day. It would be amazing if you brought the Chromebook you were issued to school each day – that’s the goal for our students. We do not have enough Chromebooks for students to have one at home and then borrow one at school each day.

WHAT’S FOR LUNCH TODAY? Chicken burger with fries or American sub sandwich
