CANNED FOOD DRIVE – Today’s Canned Food Drive totals are as follows: 6th grade with 199, 7th grade with 66, and 8th grade with 109 canned food items. The grade level with 300 cans wins an ice cream sundae party and if ALL three grades meet their goal, we will make Ms. Smith into a fabulous ice cream sundae. This week’s Coffenberry Cash special is beans! When you donate a can or two of ANY kind of beans, you will get five Coffenberry Cash.
BOYS BASKETBALL OPEN GYM – Starting Sunday, coach Ball will be having open gym for 7th and 8th grade boys who want to play basketball this year. This is NOT mandatory practice but just open gym on Sundays from 9:30am to 12:00pm in our Coffenberry gym.
LADY HORNET BASKETBALL – Our 7th and 8th grade lady hornets have their game today here on their home court starting at 4:00pm against Winston Middle School. Students who want to come and support our girls basketball teams are welcome to do so, as long as they are being safe, respectful, and responsible hosts. Ladies, we wish you the best of luck today against Winston!
