RED RIBBON WEEK – Red Ribbon Week starts on Wednesday next week! This is the time of year when we commit to living a healthier life style for the long term and staying drug free! Each day of Red Ribbon Week has a theme and we dress up accordingly. Here are the dress-up days we have planned for everyone.
- Wednesday, Oct. 25th, is REaDy to be Drug Free Day – Wear ALL red!
- Thursday, Oct. 26th is Tell Drugs to Take a Hike – Wear your camping gear
- Monday, Oct. 30th is Team Up Against Drugs – Wear your favorite sports team apparel
- Tuesday, Oct. 31st is Halloween – Wear Halloween costume (no masks or prop weapons)
HALLOWEEN DANCE – Next week is the first dance of the school year!! On Thursday, The Nightmare Before Christmas Dance will be happening from 5:30 to 7:30 in our cafeteria! There will be pizza, drinks, candy, and chips to buy. There will be a spinning wheel, photo booth, cake walk, and face painting. Did we forget dancing? Because that’s the main thing! Students can wear their Halloween costume, but please remember that you may not wear a mask or bring prop weapons.
BATTLE OF THE BOOKS – Battle of the books will be meeting today during 7th period in the library!
