WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY – Today is Wednesday which means we have early release at 1:15 today. All students need to leave campus at the 1:15 bell.
OPEN HOUSE – Bring your family to meet your teachers and walk them through your class schedule and check out the campus on Wednesday, September 11th, from 5:30 to 6:30.
AFTER-SCHOOL DANCE – We are going to have a fun and sunny after-school dance on Thursday, September 19th. When? Right after school from 2:15 to 3:30.
LOCKERS – It is important for students to use the locks on their lockers in order to keep safe the personal items you bring to school each day. Please do not leave your locker unlocked or leave your backpacks out in in the halls. We cannot insure that someone will not go through your things and take them. That is why we give you a locker with a lock – to keep your belongings safe and secure.
TARDIES – If you don’t think being tardy to class doesn’t count, your wrong. Beginning today, students need to be on time to class at least 90% of the time in order for students to be eligible for the 1st quarter reward trip. Remember there is other criteria that must be met, as well. But if you are not to class on time, your chances of being able to be a part of the reward trip will be in jeopardy. Remember that a tardy is defined as not being inside the classroom by the time the starting bell rings. So yes – tardies DO matter!
