COOKIE DOUGH FUND RAISER – ALL cookie dough fundraiser order forms and money are due today – please turn in all the good stuff to your advisor teacher today!! If you forgot it and need to come call your grown-up to bring your order and money, you are welcome to come to the office today and call.

LADY HORNET BASKETBALL – Lady Hornet basketball practice begins TODAY – from 4:30 to 6:30. Please see Peggy to make sure your sports physical is up to date. Girls, you must leave campus at the 3:10 bell and return to the gym at 4:30 for practice. Students are not to stay after school until practice begins.

RED RIBBON WEEK –  Red Ribbon Week will begin on Monday, October 27th. Red Ribbon Week is the time where we take a stand against drugs and commit to healthy lifestyles. Each day we are going to dress up in the day’s theme throughout the week. Monday’s theme is Pajama Day – “Waking up to a drug-free world!” Tuesday will be “Lei Off Drugs” – wear your tropical attire. Wednesday is “Red Day” – Red-Y to say NO to drugs. Thursday we will wear our Halloween costumes as we “Scare Away Drugs!”

PUMPKIN PATCH DANCE – Our annual Halloween dance with a Pumpkin Patch theme will be held on Thursday, October 30th, from 5:30 to 7:30 in the cafeteria. Admission to the dance is $5. Students are allowed to wear there Halloween costumes to the dance, but please remember that NO masks or prop weapons are allowed at the dance. There will be pizza and other snack items to purchase at the dance and a photo booth, as well.

MISSING CLOWN – Strange happenings are a-foot here on campus. Mr. LeFever’s clown strange & creepy lucky clown has not been found in two weeks!! There is a delicious reward waiting for the hornet who discovers where this lucky, creepy clown has hiding out lately . . .

PINK OUT FRIDAY – This Friday, October 24th, we are going to have a Pink Out where we will deck ourselves out in all the pink we can in support of Breast Cancer Awareness. The month of October is dedicated to breast cancer awareness and we want to show and share our support for those brave people and their families who have been affected by this cancer. So, let’s get as much pink as possible on campus this Friday!!
