Lady Hornets – Our 7th and 8th grade girls basketball teams will be heading to Fremont Middle School today to take on Fremont Gold. The game bus will be leaving at 3:00. Good luck to our lady hornets today!
Girls Basketball Update – Thursday’s game against Fremont Blue will actually be played tomorrow (Wednesday) at Fremont.
Hornet Wrestling – Coffenberry is hosting the wrestling meet against Glide and Oakland today! We would love for our hornets to be able come and watch our hornet wrestlers in action. However, we expect our students to be on their best behavior at sporting events. Please do not run around and create a disturbance. Stay in the stands, cheer our wrestlers on as they compete on the mats, and show respect to our visiting teams and families. Good luck to all our amazing and talented wrestlers today!
Schedule Changes – We are asking students to not request any schedule changes today. Please go to your scheduled 7th period class today and speak with your parents tonight about a change in your schedule. You may come to the office tomorrow for a “schedule request” form from Shirley and she will take all requests to Mrs. Evans.
Hands Off! – Lately there have been reports of students hitting/slapping/tapping other students on their behinds as a game or joke. Please keep your hands to yourselves. Students who are caught not following this expectation will have a serious consequence.
WOW Buck Party – Friday afternoon we will be having a WOW Buck Party! Admission to the party is ten WOW bucks and there will also be soda and snacks for you to purchase with your WOW bucks. “How can I earn WOW bucks?” you ask? By doing the right thing at the right time, even if noone else is doing it! Following all three of our school rules to Be Safe, Be Respectful, and Be Responsible. In other words…get caught doing good and let’s have some fun on Friday!
