Lost and Found – There is a bin in the front hall by the main building doors that is our Lost and Found cart. If you are missing a sweatshirt, lunch box, or binder – you can check there. This is not a place for you to dump your binder and books or band instrument as you go down to lunch. Please check to see if any of the items in Lost and Found might be yours.
Book Club Favorites – Mrs. Smolensky’s Book Club have shared a few of their favorite books and they are posted up on the bulletin board outside the gold lab. Stop and check out some of their recommendations and you might just find yourself a new favorite book, too!
Book Fair – Our annual book fair starts next Friday! It’s going to be a fun one!
Fall Sports Pictures – Fall sports pictures will be next week on Thursday, September 21st. We will give you more information early next week.
Battle of the Books – Students who have signed up for this year’s Battle of the Books team; will be meeting today in Mrs. Lent’s room during lunch.
Lockers – Students, please take the time on your way to lunch to put your binder and or back packs in your lockers. Please do not leave them in the halls or hidden downstairs where you think nobody sees them. We see it all. It is important for you to keep your belongings locked up in your locker while you are at lunch. You will be asked to come back to the main building to put your things in your locker if they are found laying out in the halls or stairways. The lost and found bin is not your locker either – put your personal items away before going down to lunch please.
What’s For Lunch Today? Creamy chicken Alfredo over pasta, your choice of hamburger, cheeseburger, or chicken sandwhich, or the popular nacho bar.
Friday Fun Facts – Slugs have four noses and a giraffe can clean it’s ears with it’s 21-inch tongue! Blecchhhh!
