Battle of the Books – The first battle of the year will be held Friday during lunch in Mrs. Lent’s classroom – be ready and be there!
Spirit Day!! What a wonderful view of Hornet black and gold we have on our campus today! Our homeroom teachers will be counting how much black and gold is in their homeroom classes today – the winning class will be announced before the end of 7th period! It is a Sadie Hawkins dance which means…girls you get to ask the boys to the dance this time!
Winterland Dance – Our annual and favorite holiday dance will be on Friday, December 8th; from 5:30 to 7:30. It is always a fun evening of rockin’ around the Christmas tree, pizza, ugly sweaters, santa hats, and reindeer antlers!
Canned Food Drive – Did you bring your five food items in this morning to wear your hat today? Remember, our school-wide goal is 2,000 cans/food items. We want to beat South Umpqua High in the canned food drive this year!! Food you can donate includes cans of soup, tuna fish, chili, ramon noodle packs or cups, pasta, etc.
