Online Registration – The South Umpqua School District has a new student information system called Power Schools. All of the schools in the district will be doing online registration, which will begin on Monday, August 6th. Please look for an email and/or a letter for information on this new registration procedure. ALL students must register online this year. Our office will be open Monday through Friday; 7:00am to 3:00pm to help with any concerns, questions, or if you would like to use our computers here to register your student for the 2018-2019 school year. If you have moved or are new to the district, give us a call at 541-863-3104.
Sports Physicals – If your student is planning on playing a sport this year and need a sports physical, there is a great opportunity to get one FREE today at Evergreen Family Medicine on Broadway here in Myrtle Creek. There is a flyer with more information on it on our Coffenberry Facebook page.
Sports Paperwok – Students playing sports this year at Coffenberry will need to fill out the athletic paperwork which includes the behavior contract, physical, and insurance. Even if you have played a sport at CMS previously, you must sign the new and improved athletic paperwork. These can be found online, filled out and printed, and brought into the office; or you are welcome to come in and get the paperwork to fill out. ALL athletic paper must be in before students begin practice.
