Red Ribbon Week – Wednesday is Pink Day here on campus! Pink because drugs stink and because October is breast cancer awareness month. Good job wearing Pink in support today. Tomorrow is School Spirit Day so wear as much black and gold as you can or dress up as a hornet! Friday is Neon Day. We hold Red Ribbon Week to raise awareness and prevention of tobacco, alcohol and drugs. Show your committment to staying drug-free by wearing your Red Ribbon bands and dressing up this week!
Halloween Dance – Just a couple more days until our Halloween Dance on Friday night! It’s going to be frightfully fun! Admission to the dance is $4.00 or $3.00 with a student body card. There will be pizza, soda, and candy to buy and enjoy for $1.00. Hornets, you are welcome to wear your costumes to the dance, but remember to not bring or wear your masks or props with your costumes. We are going to have monstrous good time.
Canned Food Drive – The canned food drive is in full swing! Please keep bringning in your food items to your first period classes.
