Red Ribbon Week – PINK DAY!!! Happy Pink Tuesday hornets! Today during Red Ribbon Week, we are wearing pink in honor of October being breast cancer awareness month. Great job showing your support and sporting all the pink today. Do you still have your Red Ribbon bracelet? Because we will be checking for those bracelets today and those of you that are found to be wearing yours, will get a suprise. This is going to happen each day throughout the week – so keep wearing your red ribbon bracelets this week!
Drinks – Hornets, please remember that your coffee or morning drinks need to be finished before you come up to the main building in the mornings. Only Vitamin Water or water bottles are allowed in school buildings.
ZOObilee! – Next Friday and Saturday, October 24th and 25th, Wildlife Safari will be hosting a family friendly night of trick-or-treating, animal shows, fall craft, and a spooky evening tour of their drive-through! This night is brought to you by Umpqua Health. Admission to the part is $8.00 and the spooky tour is $5.00. Information slips are up at the office.
Lady Hornets – Our 7th and 8th grade girls volleyball have their matches today here at Coffenberry against the ladies from JoLane White. Games begin at 4:00 with the 7th grade, with the 8th graders playing immediately after. FBLA will have the concession stand open for snacks and treats. Students are welcome to attend the volleyballs games and show their support for our teams. Please remember to leave campus at the 2:15 bell though and return to the games at 4:00. Halloween Dance – Friday night is our annual Halloween Dance in the Skyhawk Room from 5:30 to 7:30. Hornets, you are welcome to wear your costumes, but please remember that masks are prop weapons are not allowed. Photos, drinks, and snacks will cost a dollar during this frightening affair!
What’s for lunch today? Chili frito pie, variety bar choices
