RED RIBBON WEEK – Next week is Red Ribbon Week – where we show our support and involvement for a drug-free school and community. Monday next week will be Red, White, and Blue for America Monday.
ASSEMBLY SCHEDULE – We are on a special schedule today hornets, so please pay attention to your teachers and their guidance on when to switch classes. You will have homeroom today at the end of the day as we go through some special guidance for you.
TEEN READ WEEK – This week is Teen Read Week. This is a fun event to get all of you reading and sharing your favorite books. You will receive your teen read week packet in your English class today. There are prizes for participating and finishing your Teen Read Week packet this week. Any reading you do during this week will count towards you Teen Read Week tasks. All Teen Read Week packets are due on Friday during your English class.
BATTLE OF THE BOOKS – This week 8th graders will be meeting this Friday in Mrs. Lent’s room during lunch. Looking forward to seeing all of you.
