RED RIBBON WEEK! ARRGGGGHH hornets! It’s time to sail away across the calm and serene sea – to a land that is drug-free! Take a moment today to sign the pledge in the hall by Mrs. Maloney’s office – the pledge that says you plan to stay drug-free!

Tomorrow is the last day of our Red Ribbon Week and it is Halloween costume day – we are saying BOOOO to drugs. Hornets, you are allowed to wear your Halloween costume, but remember that no Halloween masks or prop weapons are allowed at school. Let’s end this Red Ribbon Week monstrously good!

FALL-O-WEEN GRAMS On sale during break time outside the library. Those fabulous bags of treat have absolutely no tricks and are only $1.25. Send one to a friend or two!

DANCE Tomrorow night is the big dance! It’s going to be scary fabulous! Admission to the dance is $4.00 and there will also be a snack bar and photo booth to enjoy. Costumes are welcome, but no Halloween masks that cover your face and no prop weapons are allowed.

BATTLE OF THE BOOKS Students that are in Battle of the Books will be meeting in the library after 3rd period tomorrow and Ms. Chapman will have a cold lunch ready for you!

CONGRATS TO 6TH GRADE! Just another huge shout-out to our 6th graders. Your whole 6th grade won the behavior challenge for the month of September. That means that 6th grade got the least amount of referrals in September and you have all won a special treat from Ms. Smith today during your lunch time! Good job 6th grade hornets! Keep up the good work. CanNOT wait to see who wins the behavioral challenge for the month of October.
