Coffenberry Middle School is teaming up with Evergreen Family Medicine to help provide an opportunity to have your student on track with their immunizations. We are offering two vaccination clinics. These are NOT COVID vaccines. As a middle school student, your child must have a TDap booster by February 16, 2022, which is the state of Oregon’s exclusion day. The vaccine clinics here on our campus will be Tuesday, January 4th and Tuesday, January 11th, 2022, during school hours; 8:00 am – 3:00 pm. Parents are more than welcome to accompany their child for their immunization shot.
