PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE<\/strong> – Students and staff, please stand for the pledge of allegiance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BEGINNING OF THIRD QUARTER <\/strong>– Today is the first day of the third quarter of school and the beginning of the second semester. It’s a great opportunity for you to do better this nine weeks with keeping up with your classwork and coming to each class prepared with the tools you will need to succeed; such as a pencil, notebook, and leaving your phones alone during class time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

YEARBOOKS <\/strong>– Students can now order the 23\/24 yearbook either online or at the office for $25.00. Yearbooks will arrive in June. Deadline for ordering is March 22nd. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

HORNET WRESTLING<\/strong> – Our hornet wrestlers will all be hitting the mats with the teams at Riddle today against Riddle and Glendale. Meet begins at 4:00, with the wrestling bus leaving at 2:30. Good luck to all our wrestlers today – pin to win!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HORNET BASKETBALL<\/strong> – Our 7th & 8th grade hornet basketball teams will be taking the court today up in Winston against the Warriors. Tip off for the 7th grade game is at 4:00pm, with the 8th game beginning immediately after. Good luck today, hornets!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8TH GRADE “SUPER 6”<\/strong> These six 8th graders were chosen by the 8th grade team for acknowledge each student’s consistent work and growth in their classes, as well as being safe, respectful, and responsible. Super 6, please stop by Mrs. Shaw’s classroom to order a special reward for yourself for being such an amazing hornet. The Super 6 are Noah Grisham, Gracie Richardson, Kaidynce Wilson, Wyatt Sapp, Max Weed, and Trinity Martinez. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
