Wednesday, March 1, 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Battle of the Books \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>We will be meeting this Friday in Mrs. Lent\u2019s room during lunch.\u00a0 See you then.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expectations \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Students, please remember to have your phones completely put away BEFORE you enter each classroom throughout the day. Headphones must be out of sight, as well. Place your phones and headphones in your locker or tucked away in your back packs. Lunch time is a time when you can have your phone and headphones out to enjoy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Art Contest \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Entry forms and information for the Art of Prevention contest are available at the office. The artwork should reflect positive prevention messages. Artwork must be submitted by April 5th. If you enjoy creating and sharing a positive message \u2013 this is an opportunity for you!<\/p>\n<p><strong>8th Grade Photos \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Oh 8th graders! It\u2019s that time of year again when you wonderful eighth graders get to take your class picture and individual photos. Picture day is this Friday, March 3rd. Information and order forms will be handed out soon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>After School \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>There is after-school help available today in Room 13. Students are welcome to stay and work on assignments and get the help they may need.
