Battle of the Books –\u00a0<\/strong>The first book battle of the year for our “bookies” is on Friday during lunch in Mrs. Lent’s room. Be there and be ready!<\/p>\n

Winter Wonderland Dance –\u00a0<\/strong>This year’s Winter Wonderland Dance is “girl ask guy” or Sadie Hawkins. Which means ladies you can ask a gentleman to be your date to the dance or just go with your friends and ask the boys to dance at the dance! Don’t wait for them to ask you! But as always, it’s going to be a wonderful Christmas dance with a lot of rocking’ around the Christmas tree, food, ugly sweaters, and Santa hats. Deck yourselves out in your best elf, reindeer, or Santa gear. The dance is Friday, December 8th from 5:30 to 7:30 in the Skyhawk Room.<\/p>\n

Canned Food Drive –\u00a0<\/strong>Our canned food drive is in full swing! Bring in your items each morning to the Skyhawk Room during breakfast and let’s do our best to meet our goal of 2,000 cans!<\/p>\n

Lego Robotics Club –\u00a0<\/strong>The Lego Robotics Club will be meeting this afternoon after school.<\/p>\n

Hornet Basketball –\u00a0<\/strong>Hornet basketball teams hit the road this afternoon to take on the Jo Lane White teams. The game bus leaves at 3:00 and game time at Jo Lane is a 4:00pm. Good luck men – bring home the win!<\/p>\n

Bennett’s PE –\u00a0<\/strong>Next week on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday…Mr. Bennett’s PE classes are going to meet in his health room down stairs.<\/p>\n
