Winter Sports \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Sign-ups for 7th and 8th grade girls\u2019 basketball and wrestling for 6, 7, and 8th graders are now up on the wall by Peggy\u2019s office \u2013 the first practice will be on January 7th.<\/p>\n

Hornet Wrestling Fundraiser \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0On Tuesday, January 8th \u2013 Abby\u2019s Pizza will be hosting a fundraiser for our wrestling program from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. 20% of the evenings proceeds will go towards Coffenberry wrestling \u2013 and that goes for deliveries, too! So plan on having Abby\u2019s pizza on January 8th.<\/p>\n

Ugly Sweater Contest \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Huuuge Ugly Sweater Contest today hornets \u2013 WOW! These are some of\u00a0 the tackiest, most glorified ugly Christmas sweater we have seen in a loooong time! Well done! Don’t forget that\u00a0 Leadership is choosing the top three winners that will be annouced at BLT today; and they will even choose winning staff member! So make them amazingly ugly!!<\/p>\n

Countdown to Holiday Break \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Today is Day #13 “Make a greeting card for another teacher.”<\/p>\n

BLT Concessions –\u00a0<\/strong>Save your money for concessiuons today during BLT! FBLA will have concessions open today for some treats during our fun BLT meeting today after fourth period!<\/p>\n

No After-School Today –\u00a0<\/strong>There will be no “after school help today” – staff will be at a meeting and the school will be closing at the 1:15 bell.<\/p>\n

Shout Out! –\u00a0<\/strong>We do a special shout out to Eric Horton who helped out a buddy and to Nikki Palmer who helped someone pick up their things in the hall.<\/p>\n

Friends –\u00a0<\/strong>If you are looking for a group of friends to hang out with; feel free to come over to the slide during lunch.<\/p>\n

Girls Restrooms –\u00a0<\/strong>Ladies, we try to make the girls’ restrooms a nice and positive place for you; but unfortunatlely, some ladies feel like they need to draw, remove wall decorations, and the like. Please don’t. Please just leave the positive signs up in the restrooms for all the girls to enjoy.<\/p>\n

Candy Cane Grams –\u00a0<\/strong>FLBA is selling Candy Cane Grams during breakfast, break, and at lunch time. $.75 for one or $1.00 for two.<\/p>\n
