TALENT SHOW UPDATE – At this time hornets, we will not be having a talent show this year. Unfortunately, with our snow storm set up behind a week with our scheduled events on the calendar and we had to let a couple of activities go. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
BATTLE OF THE BOOKS – We will meet tomorrow during lunch in Mrs. Lent’s room. Again, good luck to Hope, Stormi, Alyssa, and Marey as they go to compete at the Regional Battle of the Books Competition this Saturday!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SPRING SPIRIT WEEK – Our spring dress up week is next week! Monday’s theme is “Mathletes VS Athletes”, Tuesday will is “Tourist Tuesday”, Wednesday is “Twin Day”, Thursday is “Black-Out Day” with everyone wearing as much black as possible, and Friday is “Freaky Friday” where we all wear everything backwards! Make sure you get all your gear ready to dress up each day!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
LADY HORNETS – Our lady hornets have their very last game of the season today here at home against JoLane Red. Tip off is at 4:00pm and the concession stand will be up and running! Let’s all show our spirit and come support the girls today at their games. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
WORD OF THE WEEK – Our word of the week is “supportive” – to give encouragement and emotional help. There is a quote that says “Friends are like your backbone. They are always there when you need support.” Make sure you are that person for someone today – supportive; be their backbone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
ST. PATRICK’S DAY Hey hornets, Sunday is St. Patrick’s Day so we are going to celebrate tomorrow! Wear all the St. Patty’s Day gear you can muster tomorrow to celebrate the wearing of the green!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
