FOOTBALL SIGN-UPS \u2013 It\u2019s time to start thinking about some Hornet football and we need next year\u2019s 7th and 8th graders to get signed up for it on the wall by Peggy\u2019s office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
JET BOATS! 7th grade students…are you getting your grades up to go on the Jet Boat trip on May 30th?! Remember you have to have a 2.5 GPA with NO F’s by Monday, May 20th to be eligible for this trip. You are not going to want to miss this because it’s going to be a wet and wild time on the Rogue River! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
SUHS BASKETBALL MEETING \u2013 Today during lunch there will be a very important informational meeting with Coach Nixon regarding South Umpqua basketball for next year\u2019s freshman. If you plan on playing or are even considering playing, please attend this meeting at lunch time up here in the main building. Coach Nixon has details about basketball camps and clinics coming up this summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
LAST DANCE \u2013 Like OH MY GAWSH! Friday night\u2019s 80\u2019s dance is gonna be like so totally tubular! Remember, you gotta pay $4.00 to get in or $3.00 with a student body card. There’s gonna be like some stuff to buy to chow down on like pizza, soda, and candy – so bring some extra cabbage. And like don’t forget my dudes…if you are caught like wrecking the decorations during the dance, you are going to be asked to hit the road and leave the dance pronto. This dance is gonna be like sooo totally rad – you don’t even know! So if you aren’t there you’re like totally square dude. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
LIBRARY BOOKS \u2013 All library books are due back to Mrs. Gale by May 31st. Make sure you are looking under your beds, closets, lockers, and kitchen counters for library books and get them turned in!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
