Thursday, October 10, 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>RED RIBBON\u00a0 WEEK \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Next week is our annual Red Ribbon Week to support anti-drugs and alcohol awareness. Get ready to dress up in each day\u2019s theme;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday is Red Day \u2013 To kick off Anti-Drug Awareness Week<\/li>\n<li>Tuesday is Pink Day \u2013 To commemorate October\u2019s Breast Cancer Awareness Month<\/li>\n<li>Wednesday is Camo Day \u2013 Hide away from drugs<\/li>\n<li>Thursday is Black-Out Day \u2013 Drugs are dark and we are styaing in the light!<\/li>\n<li>Friday is Costume Day \u2013 Students can wear their Halloween costumes but please remember that no masks or prop weapons are allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>HALLOWEEN DANCE \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>The Halloween Dance is next Friday night, October 18th, from 5:30 to 7:30 in the Skyhawk Room. It\u2019s going to be a scary good time so get ready you little hooligans! There will be treats for sale for a dollar and the photo booth will be set up for a dollar, too. Students are welcome to wear their Halloween costume to the dance, but the scary lady at the door will turn you away if you are wearing a mask or bring your prop weapon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CELL PHONES!\u00a0<\/strong>Cell phones are becoming a huge issues, hornets. Please remember to follow the teacher\u2019s expectations in the classroom.\u00a0 Keep your phones locked up in your locker or in the classroom parking lot so that you do not get a cell phone violation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cafeteria &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Students, please remember to clean up after yourselves during lunch time in the cafeteria. The cafeteria has been left a sloppy mess lately and it is not okay. If you are found to not be cleaning up after yourselves, you will be helping to clean the cafeteria and lose your free time at lunch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>No School &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>There is no school tomorrow, October 11th. It is a state in-service day.
