Summer Literacy Academy

Build Skills. Stay Engaged. Have Fun This Summer.

The South Umpqua Summer Literacy Academy provides engaging summer learning opportunities for students entering 1st through 5th grade.

The Summer Literacy Academy is designed to offer additional support for students who need extra help strengthening their literacy skills.

Students will strengthen reading skills, explore science and art projects, and participate in collaborative activities designed to build confidence and prepare for the next school year.

Program Details

Dates: June 22 – July 9, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
